EcoMotion - Refunds & Returns Policy

Ordering with EcoMotion Electric Scooters is easy and risk free.

EcoMotion is committed to customer satisfaction. You are welcome to return any unused items in its original condition within 30 days from original purchase for an exchange, credit or refund (shipping costs excluded). If it's because you've changed your mind or you simply ordered the wrong item, we may also choose to apply a nominal restocking fee, to cover bank processing fees and administrative costs. This is likely to be 10% of the returned item's value, but might be as much as 20%, depending on the circumstances of the return.

Returns for all purchases require the original receipt.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed using the original method of payment.
  • Online refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval.
  • Refunds may take 3 business days after processing to appear back in your bank account or on your credit card.

Melbourne & Geelong pickups for return of scooters or large items available by arrangement - cost is dependent on location of pick up and will be notified in advance.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

To obtain a refund or exchange for an online order, follow the instructions below.

Step 1

Email info@ecomotion.com.au with the following:

  • Your name & contact details.
  • Order/Receipt number and purchase date.
  • Details of your item/s to be returned.
  • The reason for the return (required).
  • Preference for (a) refund or (b) exchange.
  • If requesting an EXCHANGE, specify details of the preferred replacement item/s (item name, colour, size etc).

If the item you require is out of stock, a credit note or refund will be issued if a suitable alternative cannot be provided.

Step 2 - Download, print and complete the Exchange & Return Form and include it when you return the items.

Step 3 - Place your item(s) and completed form back in the original packaging and re­seal the packaging ready for shipping.

Step 4 - Attach a new postage label and post the parcel at any registered post office. Return to: EcoMotion. Unit 802, 2 Salmon Street, PORT MELBOURNE, VIC, 3207.

Step 5 - Retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 3 business days to process the refund upon receiving the goods.

EcoMotion will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, EcoMotion will not be held liable. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
